Costco has the really small portable lithium battery jump starter kit for $59. Bike shops sell them for $100-109. Size is about the same as my motorcycle jumper cables carried in their bag, and easier to hook up and I need no other battery (vehicle). Plus it does a few other things. Seems like a good thing to have one of in a traveling group.

I have the larger one sold by Tucker Rocky with all kinds of adapters. It's always with us when traveling just like the slime pump and sticky strings. I used it two days ago to jump the wife's truck and it works great .

Posting was kind of quick as I was on the way out the door. Yes this does other stuff too. USB fast charging of mobile phones,Tablets and other Electronic devices, has a 3 mode flashlight. Capacity 8000mAh (3.7v), start current 220A-350A. Output 5V (2.1A+1.0A). From what I have been told these do not do diesels

Won't this also be a good idea for anyone thinking of a '16 that will have a slipper clutch? Unless they've changed things, if you have a slipper clutch, you won't be able to bump start it.
