I was thinking dragonfly but housefly will work also. With its "wings" folded down it is not terrible as scooters go. What is the purpose of these wings? If they were the outer covers to saddlebags or something I could understand a little better. It they are strictly cosmetic, I don't understand at all.

Fugly does not cover it. It is amazing Yamaha is spending money on this POS rather than improving or shortening the update cycle on products people will actually buy. Calling the Orkin man to kill this dead.

I can just imagine passing a big rig in a cross wind with the wings up. Or, I guess more likely, being passed by one.

Can you imagine a couple of big rigs blowing by, side covers/wings blow open and then you have what amounts to a sail......and a few more blow by.

Those wings are likely for the high speed buffeting!

And it is not even Friday around here, so no questions about what oil or air pressure will work best.

Sure would be rough to lose your license and be forced to ride one of these because that was all that was available. It needs a rainbow paint scheme.

Even here in Illinois, you have to have a DL to operate any scooter on the road.

I even know of a town that issues tickets to DUI offenders that are using lawn tractors on the public streets to avoid walking after their previous DUIs
