Last night on Countdown, Olbermann listed an Oregonian motorcyclist as one of his choices for "worlds worst people". Evidently, when caught speeding at 129 MPH the perp told the LEO that he had dropped his wallet someplace along the highway and was looking for it....

A friendly reminder to all.....be careful and er..don't get caught being naughty at 130+ mph!

The guy is hardly the "worst person", provided he didn't hurt anyone, it's sometimes hard to resist an open stretch of road.
