Killington Classic

I live near where the Classic is being held and am wonder who on this board might be interested in hooking up with me and do some riding around Vermont. I have some vacation time to burn and was wonder if any of you might like me to give you a tour around my fun Vermont roads. Thursday and Friday of the rally are the days I plan on riding. Tom, if I remember right, you did your Iron-Butt ride to last years EOM. I'm leaving

from CT on Sept 7th and driving straight there. I'm not a fast driver, stay at 65mph.

Did my first Iron-Butt ride in June with the Yankee Beemers. If your going with a group

like last year I'd like to join you guys if possable.

I did a SS1000 last year but it wasn't to EOM. I'm just a local FJR rider who wanted to see if any FJR riders coming to the Killington Classic wanted a local rider to take them out and show them some roads the Classic tours wouldn't hit (plus I need to burn up some vacation time at work).

If you or anyone else is interested just PM me. I plan on riding the Thursday and Friday of the Classic (the 7th and 8th). Hope this message clears some things up.

Thanks for the heads-up Tom. I will be driving thru Vermont on Saturday with a group

of Hams from the East Coast Amature Radio Club. We are doing our anual 7 State Ride

thru New York and New England. We drove to Sturgis last summer for the bike rally and

we all had a great time. I just got back from Vermont last month, hit the BMW MOA and

I stayed at the Fitch Hill Inn. May plan a ride in the fall and will give you a yell if I'm heading

your way!
