I know some of you guys/gals have KTMs also. I posed this question on KTMTalk.com, and received no replies: I rebuilt the h2o pump, as it was leaking thru the weep hole. Now it leaks worse! Can a thermostat stuck closed on the KTM cause hot coolant to force its way past the seals and out the weep hole? Thanks for any advice.

You could always pull the thermostat and find out. It would just take longer to get to temp.

Pull the stat & put it in hot water.....if it does open check water temp to insure it's opening @ the right temp, if it doesn't open you could go with problem solved....or not.....good luck....
