Damn! I mean, DAMN!!!!

This sexy little siren could tempt me to part with my FJR. Or at least one of them.....

As much as I love the FJR's Electronic Suspension, I would absolutely love to try the KTM's 'semi-active' suspension. It's too bad I don't have any money or any room in the garage. Anybody want a gently used 2009 FJR with only 103,000 miles? Only ridden to church on Sundays by a gray-haired old phart.

this bike or the Motus either one wold tempt me very seriously if they wernt so expensive.

I told you to marry rich. Forget about Love, Looks, Lust, Friendship and all that crap. Marry a rich woman and start enjoying yourself. Money can buy all the toys you want.

Why will you not listen? Do you object to "marriage"? Or was it the "woman" part that turned you off?

Surely you can afford to part with one of your FJRs if you want another toy. How many do you have over there anyway? You can only ride one at a time. And it is not like you have any friends to loan them to.

173 HP and chain drive. Wonder if you can do a 2500 mile long weekend without adjusting somewhere on the road....

Euros are sure making a lot of cool stuff. I spent an afternoon on a great road in UT Superduke 990 a few years ago; when I traded back to the FJR and it felt like the titanic....

I know a guy who might buy an lightly used 09 for, I don't know, say $1500 so Ill give you $500 for it.

Get down to, what, like two FJRs...and just do it Skooter!

If I didn't like the two I already have, I'd be all over the GT Katoom. ;-)

I made a test-ride on the KTM GT Yesterday, and although it is a lot of fun it cannot replace my 2013 FJR where it concerns practical use and most of all Highway ridiing...

I have the 1190R, which has "only" 150 hp. It is a hooligan bike, and amazingly capable off-road. But it would never replace an FJR as "the only bike". It is too service-intensive compared to the FJR, and nowhere near as comfy. But....having owned the 08 happily for 8 years, I wouldn't think twice about buy the GT and a 20-30k miles Gen II 08-11, the cheapest I could find. For the price of a super nice BMW, you'd have two nifty bikes.

If I replace my 08, I'll likely be right back to a Gen IV.
