Oh. I thought you wanted to lane share. The only other State that does is California. There are, however a huge number of other countries that allow it. The only thing stopping lane sharing is ignorance because once you know about lane sharing, its benefits are incredible:

1) Reduces EVERYONE's time if traffic (proven)

---saves gas

---reduces pollution

2) It is safer for bikes between the sides of cars rather than the ends of cars ( USC research)

3) Is not cheating.

Amen brother! Legal lane sharing here in CA really is a blessing when the freeways and surface streets are clogged and at a stand-still! All of the European cities have accepted lane sharing as long as there have been cars.
