My last ride before abdominal surgery followed two weeks later by foot surgery. So to say I was fully appreciative of the day, ride, and friends is huge understatement.

48 hours later and feeling much better. Just 1/2 Oxy yesterday for pain. Hmmm. It's Monday.. Wonder, maybe, just maybe, a short Wed ride? Probably not, but it's entertaining to think of...

Don, sorry to hear about your medical problems.  I haven't been on the forum for some time, but anyhow get well and be your mischievous self.

Things are going better  now. Day 2 was tough pain wise. Saw the good doc earlier than arranged post op appt as the wrap was bloodied through and through. And I darn near pulled the pin out of the 2nd toe and had to put it back in place. 

4 days now. 

Doc finally preserved pain killer that works. Everyone scared of 'opioid' crisis, even Doc's been DEA monitored closely.

Hoping for first drive in diesel dodge tomorrow to meet Barries Boyz for breakfast!
