Left Footpeg Bracket

I just removed the left footpeg bracket to service the u-joint. The bolts were on the verge of loose, first time they have been touched in 53,000 km. Should I use some blue lock tite once I put things back together ?

-I would say you couldn't go wrong. I don't have the service manual handy, so I can't give you torque specs. offhand; (I'm sure someone else will post them if you need them) it does sound unusual that the bolts were that loose.

Thanks for the reply. I was surprised at how rusty the outside of the u-joint was.
