Thought I'd post us some pix of the low-life hotel my new employer put me up in...

But first, an obligatory shot of KrZy8.

Even the carpet has a design sewn into it!

The living room.

Bathroom.

Bedroom.

Two flat screen HD TV's.

Kitchen.

Sucks to be me!

Not bad for $179 a night..

Reminds me of the condo's we stayed at in Parksville BC for the first WCR. Not big but damn, a guy could get used to a place like that. All the nice stuff (fireplace, skylight) in an efficient little package.

Nice looking Apple on the table there. Looks exactly like the one I'm typing on now. Also, I noticed that row of pill bottles in the bathroom, looked like four of them. Wow. Hope you're doing OK?? I'm learning that the older I get the more times the doc says, "you'll probably be taking these for the rest of your life," as he hands me another script.

I remember dad saying, "Son... don't ever get old." Sounded like good advice at the time but I'm finding myself gradually disregarding it.

Nice looking room, by the way. Hope the weather holds up for ya.

@$179 a night, it's right spiffy.

when doing my different riding trips (on my own ticket), i tend to find the places that are more affordable... like the Et Mar Motel in Portsmouth, OH (for $25 a night). :^/

Gary - regarding the meds.. it's all maintenance, and is ONE of the reasons I try to motobike daily. One never knows, yes?

I stayed in a place a few years back with an old towel hanging in the closet under a sign admonishing me to use only that towel for "grease or blood."

I locked the door securely and slept with my gun.
