Long-stay lodgings needed in Glendale, CA

One of our crews at work needs to be in Glendale, CA for a while to install an instrument, and we're having problems finding somewhere to stay. The hotels all want rediculous rates, and rental properties haven't been much better.

We've got 4 guys arriving on Feb. 25th. Two will be staying for 2 weeks, and 2 will be staying for a month. Does anyone know of a good solution in the area where to put them up? We're not looking for anything fancy, but don't want a roach motel either.

I honestly don't know. I just know the lady who handles this stuff at work was having a hard time getting a good rate. Enough so that she was trying to find a furnished apartment after exhausting the hotel options.

There is a Days Inn in Glendale with a rate of $2479 including tax for 30 days (thats 1 room with 2 beds) Fed 25th to March 25th I will be up that way tomorrow if i get a chance i will have a look round.

the other option is Oakwood corp appartments but i dont know what they go for.
