Looking at High Mileage 2003 FJR. Tips?

As for high mileage? I own a 2004 with 206,000kms and I don't think it's close to halfway through it's life.

Well, I moved to slow. I called the guy yesterday and he had already taken it to an auction in Atlanta.

I started searching craiglist and it seems like finding a FJ for under 8-10k is almost impossible. Oh well, maybe next time.

Oh Man MidSSouth, am I ever sorry to hear that you missed out on that incredible 2003 FJR. Since you were already prepared to pay $3.5K, if I was wearing your boots, I would offer that Auction House $3.5K and see if they bite on your offer. Like SacramentoMike said, you may have been able to have gotten it for $3K, but there is no use crying over spilt milk. That FJR is definitely worth $3.5K and is even a smoking deal at $3.9K, that bike is equipped nicely and looks great in the photographs!
