looking for a FJR

A co-worker of mine likes my 04 FJR and is thinking of getting one. He doesn't have internet access so I'm asking a couple of questions for him. He is looking for a leftover FJR or a good used FJR in the New England area (we both live in Vermont). Anybody know of any?? TIA

I have a Super Tenere on order, hoping for a May delivery date. I will either trade in my 04 FJR or sell it after I get back from Bike Week in Daytona. Last fall, I cleaned the bike up, changed all the fluids, topped off the gas tank, put it on the center stand and battery tender and covered it up. I leaving Indiana on the bike for Florida in a couple weeks, so I rolled it out of the garage, thumbed the started and it fired right up. Rode around town for a while and ended up at the Yamaha shop and ordered a new set of Michelin PR 2's.

The bike is flawless except for a usual light scratched on the hard bags. The bike has frame sliders, Brodie's ignition relay, gas tank insulation and the cromit heat deflector. The PAIR hoses have been removed and replaced with purchased plates. Have done the Barbarian jumper mod, which has increased low end response. The bike also has a Fenda Extenda on the front fender and Heli bar risers. Has been on synthetic oil since broken in and has speed bleeders on all brakes and the clutch slave cylinder. All services have been performed as scheduled. This bike is a non-ticker, never down, and has 40k on the clock.

I'll take $4900 after Bike Week is over. I will be going to Washington DC in April to see the grandkids, and can deliver the bike close to Vermont.
