Looking for an Essay about Bike being stolen

Looking for a past post (yes I have done a ton of searches) that was a very well written essay about a rider resting at a stop and sees this guy with his overweight wife and kids looking at his bike. He writes a very entertaining piece about how this guy steals his bike in his mind.

Would love to find this excellent piece of writing.

I am 90% sure that it was posted on this site.

Can anyone point me to it?

Really enjoyed reading it again. Went for a nice 1000 mile ride up to Lake Tahoe last weekend and during the ride I started thinking about the article and wanted to read it again.
