Looking for feedback on the SW Motech Rack

Hi. Just wound up with a '07 and looking for a rear rack for it. I already have the quick lock adapter for the SW Motech stuff and the soft luggage adapter which is very handy for wide items such as a tent, etc... Are there any issues with running this one?

I've had that SW-MOTECH Alu-Rack on my 2006 for the last 4 years. It works great for mounting my Givi E50 Maxia Topcase.

I have one on my 06 and it works great for my V46. I like it because when you take off the adapter plate your left with a small silver bracket that doesn't take away from the sporty lines of the bike.

Also had the alu rack for the last 5 years and loved it. I have the optional soft bag carrier that attaches to it in 30 seconds. It gives you a much wider area to mount a bag to and works very well.

Thanks for the good report on the rack. I too already have the soft luggage adapter and the Givi adapter for my V46 so I sure didn't want to go another route if at all possible. It sounds like from the reports here, I'll be good to go!
