Looking for Ram Mounts Ball

Hi Folks, looking for some help on what Ram Ball works with my digi cam. I am not sure the thread, bolt size that will work with my camera. I know I need a 1" ball to go with my other Ram Mounts arms. The camera is a Canon Powershot SX200 IS.

Agree - definitely should be 1/4-20, unless it's some funky camera.

1/4-20 is what's used on almost all camera tripods.

I have a spare ball on my clutch reservoir (used to have the GPS mounted there but have moved it to the steering stem). When I'm in the mood, I carry a stem (5" or 6", IIRC) in my tank bag and one of THESE to attach the camera to.

Works like a champ.

I also have a small digital video camera I mount up there from time to time.

I have a ball on the clutch handle where that spare hole is. I use it for my SPOT tracker by attaching a 3" arm. But I'm going to now use if for my camera from time to time. The only thing I think may not be perfect for this set up is the camera will track back and forth with the handlebars as I make turns and such. But that's likely not too big of deal from a videography stand point.
