Looking for the SHAD rear mount for a 3rd Gen or Givi V56

Looks like they're all AWOL/Out of Stock online.

I bought the Givi SR357 and have it with my V46 but the box isn't big enough so I'll either need to upgrade that or get the SHAD for my existing SH48 or upgrade to the SH58-59X bags.

I can trade the Givi mount (bought/mounted in March) for the SHAD one too.

Newb question, is the SHAD mount okay by itself or does it need the Stiffy brace?

Thanks, wish I'd known about them before I bought the SR357, seriously thinking about the V56n and then I can skip the OOS Shad mount and just sell my SH48.
