I have purchased a Cycle Hill tire changer and am now on the lookout for the best tire price I can find in Canada? I live in the Okanagan valley in B.C. and would have no problem changing tires for anyone in this area! I could use the practise? Cycle Hill is made by No Mar and has their tips on all the tools. Thanks in advance.

Easily the best price in Canada for PR2's is Pete's Superbikes out of Quebec (google it, kay).

I paid $342 delivered to my door. Word's out that a lot places want him shut down. Gee.. I wonder why.

Just got an E-mail from Sportbike Track Gear-they have a sale on PR2- $258.00 US shipped. Don't know if it would be worth it in Canadian bucks and extra shipping charges..?

Well lets see...

258 + 18% Exchange = 46.44 + = 304.44

Shipping (last time I ordered tires from the states) = 75.00 += 379.44

+ GST on everything (5%) = 18.97 += 398.41

Pete's is cheaper and had them to my door within 3 days (not the 18 UPS took).

Still way cheaper than our local dealers who wanted an RCH short of $600.

Cheapest "installed" price on my bikes this spring for PRII's was: (this from local Island dealers)

FJR - $744 + GST

FZ6 - $735 + GST

Needless to say, I did not 'shop local'

No kidding! I really do try to buy local - but when their a really serious difference in price all bets are off. That being said, my local Yammie dealer, with a far less than stellar reputation installed my tires and did a TBS for $140. Which I thought was actually pretty fair. Shocked the **** outta me!

I usually will ride the 50 miles to RL Equipment in a little farming town called Verner. Awesome guys and even better the owner and his wife both ride FJR's. Which reminds me.. he offered to let me test ride HIS AE. I'm gonna take him up on that just to try it out (Same guys that went to bat with Yammie for me to get my ticking fixed).

I just put PR2's on my bike in May for $410.00 + $20.00 each for mounting (I pulled the wheels myself). Rider's Choice in Mississauga. Of course GST and PST additional. I think it was $508 out the door. About $50 better than the next closest price locally.
