I thought I’d post some of my favorite food **** for Los Robustos and all.
I love good food, but hate paying through the nose for it. My philosophy is, if it’s going to turn into ***** within a few hours it aint worth big $$. Forget Ruth Chris, or Morton’s, I pay $4.99/pound (on sale) for killer rib eye at my local International market (no it’s not horse meat), and for a few $$ have excellent food.
I’ve come to the conclusion that no restaurant cooks it better than I do. It tastes better too!
The pix from my blackberry do no justice, our taste buds say it all.
Enjoy!
Medium rare rib eye roast, the rib, green beans mashed taters & gravy, and kale, love that stuff.
Another shot of a slice of rib eye roast with the elements
Rib eye BBQ’d. (not so secret sauce, Worcestershire sauce and Harris Ranch Steak Seasoning)
Medium rare perfection!
BBQ’d Ahi medium rare, with couscous (feta, edamame, green onions, and cilantro). Great stuff!
