I'm not on FaceBook. It seems to be over-populated by losers and hosers. If I haven't talked to someone in 20 years, there's a ******* reason.

Needless to say, I wont be seeing any FB posts. Maybe we can keep a thread going here...

You could also sign up on facebook as hotrodzilla, not put in any important info and then set your privacy settings to private, but then again you could be dumber than Bustanut looks...

We will put up rides and here on the forum. I am not trying to pull the Robust Ones from the forum just wanted a way to keep track of the members and conduct club business if we ever have any business to conduct.

Maybe you, Ray and Fontanaman can call each other on your tin can string phones when we have an event. That way nobody gets left out. :good:

Don I doubt he knows who lady gaga is. I think he still listens to the Bee Gees.

I would be delighted to use Can and Strings. Screw Facebook. Being is Seattle and still a working stiff I can't make this event. Something to look forward to when I retire with my Cans and Strings.

FB is far too invasive for my taste. I started an account once to just give some props to a friend's business, only to be bombarded with crap to the point where I immediately deleted and closed my account, only to be informed by FB that why heck, we don't delete it, we just save it forever in case you might come back, or some such drivel.

FB is social advertising. Some of us delete spam, not sign up to get more of it.

(note to admin - the emoticon short list is way messed up. Hardly any of those are the common use ones. And the forum is still painfully slow.)

We are looking to get an offical logo for Los Robustos. If there are any graphic artists out there who can help us out that would great. I would like to have black and white checkers incorporated and I wouldl like it to be in a circle so we can make stickers.

Once we get an offical logo we will have stickers and shirts for sale at cost. We will also have a LR ride to eat for newbies that want to join this year. We will post info in on facebook and here in the regional rides section.
