Is there a way to force grease into joints without having to take things apart?

Example.. lubricating the kickstand or shifter?

Thanks!

In a pinch you can lube a very few more exposed items, such as the sidestand, using a spray can lithium soap grease. Attempting to do a thorough lube of the shifter, or other difficult access components pretty much requires dis-assembly, otherwise it'll just make a mess.

Some moving parts, such as the clutch mechanism pivot, usually benefit as much from cleaning as from lubrication, and the only way to do a decent job is to take 'em apart.

I lube my throttle cables using a cable lube spray and fitting. I wrap the thing in a rag during the process, to prevent overspray.

+1 to the above. The side and center stand pivots are pretty crude and you can get some spray lube worked into them fine.

Other, closer tolerance pivot points require disassembly, cleaning and lubrication.

The center stand and side stand get hit with Chain Wax on my bike.

+1 concerning the things like the brake pedal pivot bushing and such - take the time to dismantle/ clean/ lube them.
