It is still on OM, BeemerDons travel book will be in attendance and the weather don't look too bad.
Dougie bear will be there on his Katoom, and I'm sure we can find some room for the hippo in the parking lot........
Real bikes can park in front, Hippo's in the rear

I remember a few weeks back - when this trash talking gentleman brought his Hippo on a ride - when my friend's wife brought her Katoom and I brought the V-Strom. He was too afraid his precious little Katoom would get a little wet and dirty!

Sam, for the record my KTM and I endured a through soaking for over an hour on Alderpoint (a real goat trail) road today with more wet stuff on 101 north at freeway speed plus to Fortuna . It's a dirty pig now.
Beers and dinner at the Ell River Brewing Company with Tom ,OM and Brokerfork was worth it!

Gregory, I'm sorry to say I will not be making it. Bike is broken. See you next time.

You know what they say - A clean bike is a gay bike! Glad you got the Katoom straightened up! ;) Hahaha

John,

Sorry that your not gonna make it.

Don's all packed up, heading out in a little rain, but got the gear so no worries.

Had a good day, Rained for a bit as I left Redding, but it cleared up after about an hour. Most of 36 was dry and free of traffic.

Don was definitely there in spirit.

When I got there, I found Phil and Charleen, who were on their way to the Harley dealership in Eureka.

After a bit, the rest of the hooligans showed up, Dougie bear with his buddy, Tom, Old Michael and Mark,

Thanks to everybody who showed up.

Don heads off to Ohio Monday.

See ya at NAFO!

Gosh its looks like you all had a great time. I surely wanted to join in the ride being it my backyard, however, my dad was in the hospital, and family comes first. I am sure looking at the GOTC because there is nothing like riding around in the blazing heat. I am a fog bound person, and I am comfortable with that.

Eddie,

Hope your dad's doing better, you are right, family always comes first. If you ride fast enough, you don't notice the heat so much!
