MADCO, Heated Grips, Vstrom Handguards

If anyone knows the answers, I'd appreciate the help. I'm interested in getting the MADCO throttle lock but also want to install heated grips. The MADCO website states their throttle lock won't work with the OEM heated grips but I haven't been able to find out if it will work with aftermarket heated grips (Symtec, etc). I'd also like to install the Vstrom handguards and was curious if there would be an issue with MADCO installation as far as fit. I'd prefer a throttle lock that is thumb controlled and not palm controlled, easist install as well. I have a new Audiovox CC, but not sure I want to tackle the install myself. I have an '07 1300A.
