Too much!

For those of you out of state, yes Berkeley is really like that and worse. It's fondly known as "Bazzerkely".

I think some of those expressing their, "free speech" proved what happens when the fetus doesn't' get enough oxygen during gestation.

I don't see any NoCal residents chiming in....

The individual on the right hand side of that image really deserves their own thread.

I am glad you said individual cuz I can't tell man, women or maybe both.

Clearly, this is mass demonstration of the lasting effects of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.

“The best argument against democracy is a five minute conversation with the average voter.” - Winston Churchill

“The ignorance of one voter in a democracy impairs the security of all.” - JFK

“The great thing about democracy is that it gives every voter a chance to do something stupid.” - Art Spander

“The future of this republic is in the hands of the American voter” - Eisenhower

and the new classic:

"If only there was an organization to defend free speech" - Code Pink

I'd love to see a debate between the Marines and this crowd. Of course, the Marines would have to be physically restrained.

You might be surprised. While Marines might not agree with these folks, we do understand that democracy means everyone can express their opinions, no matter how ill-considered, ignorant, brilliant, or thoughtful!

My point exactly. While debating with folks this ignorant, a Marine would need to show a high degree of restraint or be physically restrained.

and

I have seen this at my own family gatherings!

I fought to protect thier rights to protest and freedom of speech. So here's my freedom of speech. Berzerkley is more than welcome to get the hell outta my United States B) I guess thats enuff restraint.

Semper Fi!

I have a hunch if the City ever needs help from a natural disaster (can we say Earthquake) the military will be quite slow in arriving. I suspect all the helicopters and mechanical equipment will be grounded for sudden maintenance problems. Its amazing how these things happen!

That circus is here in DC today and promising to have a "dance-in" to block at least one main artery out of town. With the rain, "dance-in" (whatever the heck that means), and crowds on the mall, it should make for an interesting ride home!

There are a lot of ways to protest in DC. Blocking the Easter exodus probably isn't the most effective one.

I love the blogger's reference to her: "the bodyguard (or whatever she is) came over to monitor the situation."

I bet this poor guy is scared to death. She reminds me of a chihuahua ready to bite an ankle.
