Guess it was just not in the cards this fall. Daughters birthday is 10-11 and the only day everyone can get together is Sun. At first I planned on getting home Sun afternoonish but came to the conclusion that was not a smart call, sooo I canceled my res.
I guess that just leaves MCRider and myself. If there is someone else planning on attending let me know. There have been so many dropouts that I have lost track of the attendees.

Jer

...will be thinking of y'all down there. Weekend weather doesn't look too great, but I guess it's not in the 20's and 30's like last year. I'll be hunkered down close to home this weekend with the predicted 2 1/2" of rain by Monday... :(

What cold weather? It was 65 degrees with sunny skies when Jer and I rolled into Maupin this afternoon. Where is everyone else?? Going to ride 218 to Fossil tomorrow....enjoy your rain!!

Wow..that's a lot of rain, I got out of town just in time, this is the view I have for the next 8 days, 90's no rain. I'm in Saylutia Mexico, you all have a fun and safe ride.

See this is why I need a dual sport, too...

...and Marcus - unlike Barb, I'm taking the high road here - enjoy you trip! I'm in no way bitter. Remember to keep well hydrated, so feel free to drink from kitchen taps and garden hoses if that's what it takes... ;)

Duane,

Thanks for the reminder, hydration is very inportant, also I'm getting my daily dose of potassium.

Great view Marcus, especially like the hydration possibilities down there! Enjoy the vacation and we'll have the rain waiting for your return... ;)
