MC CRUISE

I have an MC CRUISE installed on an 07.  The problem is that after a battery change the indicator light on the cruise control just flashes between red & green and will not engage.  Anyone else have this problem?

Same question as mophead. 

I installed mine a month ago and mine does the samething when I first turn it on.  You have to hit the brake, I believe it resets the servo and the light then is a steady red.  If that doesn't happen when you touch the front or back brake my guess is a short someplace, connection maybe, with the cruise brake sensor wire.  Or maybe your rear brake lever is hung a little bit and needs a good cleaning and lube.  The cruise computer might need to see not only the press but the release of the brake as well.

Thanks for the help guys.  I got in touch with MCcruise and we traced it down to a loose ground.
