For a lot of years it was the only one I ran. I've done 7 of the 9. It's an excellent rally. Excellent staff. Rallybastard Rick has a devious sense of humor but is very fair. It tends to draw the best LD riders in the east but is also very rookie friendly. In fact, Rick will set up a SS1K course if asked so rookies can get their IBA membership without hassling with witnesses and extra paperwork (it's where I got my first SS1K).
This year is the 10th anniversary, so I'm sure Rick will set up a special show. There is a base route for the first time since year 1, so that will be a bit different.
I can't do it this year because of a family conflict (nephew's wedding). I strongly recommend it, though, in case that wasn't obvious.
