I have had problems with a bulging disc in my lower back, went to physical therapy, lost some of my gut, a series of 3 lumbar epidurals helped some but what really made a difference was using an inversion table 5 to 8 minutes, a couple of times a day. I am now lower back pain free and have been for about 1 year. I think that all of the options helped somewhat and I was able to avoid surgery
