Mileage Question 04 FJR

Hello all

I've been looking at getting a 2008 FJ but I ran across a 2004 in great shape with tons of extras, has service records but the bike has 64k on it....I can pick her up for 5k.....Deal or No Deal????any opinions would be greatly appreciated
