A cubicle neighbor worked at the Monterey Bay Aquarium for a bit and says otters are mean, MEAN, MEAN despite their puppy-dog looks. Kinda burst my bubble - they look so peaceful and happy floating around...

You really brightened up my day with those pics! Great memories for me; I spent a year there back in 1981-1982 (USAF). Twenty-seven degrees and snowing here and I'm looking forward to spring when I can roll out the bike. I am skiing quite a bit but it's just not the same as riding.
