Saw this post on the fjrowners forum, and it is simply too good not to share. The guy must be a professional videographer. Orangevale will really appreciate this I think. It's long, about 12 minutes, and it's a BMW guy.. but give credit where credit is due. This rider, his bike, and especially the video, rock. Check it out for yourself.. and if you don't want to Adventure Ride after this one, you have no pulse! :p It makes me want to sell the Harley and buy a KTM 950 Adventurer. Not sure how well the FJR would do.. here it is.. get your helmet on, size the video for full screen (the resolution is excellent), and enjoy this Most Excellent Video.

That is an excellent photostory from what appears to be a better than can be described ride. TWN is calling the Suzuki dealer as soon as he sees this.

That video is thrilling. That's pretty tough to do with a collection of still photography. What a great trip. Wow. Double wow.

Great stuff. I just have to go there.

That was an awesome piece of photography and record of his trip. Having lived in

Alaska and spent many hours on the Alcan and Haul Road, and far too much time in Deadhorse, I can appreciate everthing he has recorded. Also combat fished the Russian River for reds and chartered out of Homer for Halibut. Really was like an old home trip for me. I would love to duplicate the N. BC and Alaska portion of this trip.

I went on a 7200 mile cross country trip this summer and took about 300 photos, I would LOVE to do something like that with the photos! That was awesome!

You can quite easily. Do you have Windows Movie Maker? Most later Windows platforms come with it bundled. Download your pictures to a file. Open and create a new project in MM, the use the insert picture tool and drag it onto the movie time line bar. Rince. Repeat. Use the effects tool to do the fade and zoom stuff, add a sound track and voilà! Instant Fellini!

Actually Windows 2k doesn't have it but try https://www.soft32.com/download_16424.html

Windows xp and me have it bundled.

As a boy when I was first on my own, Alaska was the place I always wanted to go.

Have never got the chance as yet but that definitely sparks the fire!

Excellent, like a movie that grabs you from beginning to end and you feel almost part of it you want more.

I did a little hunting and found the original ADV Link that this guy posted the link and he says he uses Photo Story 3 that's free from Microsoft

Good pictures, good music, and good editing. Fun to watch!
