Moto GP In Japan, Spoiler,spoiler,spoiler

Today Ducati took top honors in MotoGP in Japan via Loris Capirossi. Rossi took out himself and Marco Melandri while trying to make up for a lousy start about halfway through the race. Vale was OK, not sure about Marco due to short coverage as "Underwear of the NASCRAP bottom 40" was on after. ( Actually it was Gone in 60 seconds, the original movie ). Anyway Biaggi came in 2nd and Tamada 3rd thus saving Honda from total embarassment at there home field. Alot of riders crashed out and this made it interesting.

It will replay on Tuesday at 1:00 PM CST on Splooge TV and was a great race, especially if you are a Duck fan, as I am. Edwards finished 6th I think so Yammie wasnt completely out of it. The racing between Capirossi and Biaggi was great though ! Classic Schtuff !!

Yep, caught the race also. I couldn't believe the crash between Rossi and Melandri. Like you said, Rossi was trying to make up for the lousy start. I think that he just got frustrated and made a mistake. That was no place to make a pass. All in all great entertainment.

Yeah, Vale pressed a little too hard last Sunday.... Melandri is definitely out of the Malaysia race next weekend with over 30 stitches (!) in his right heel... dayum! :blink:

OUCH WC !!! That hurts just thinkin about it. On that note do ya think they (Moto GP racers) even use the rear brake ? I did occasionally but this was back in the 70's on an RD400 with Zip engine braking...2 stroke.

And TC I'm beginning to believe that Rossi DID put some kind of VoodooHeDo on Gibernau ! Poor guy has barely finished a couple races !
