Just finished watching the race. What's the deal with some of these guys dragging their left foot in some of the left handers. You will see Valentino drop his on the last corner of the race. I have never seen that until today.

Guys have been doing it for years but the present day riders have been following Rossi's lead on it. A lot of folks have asked the riders about it but none of the riders have given much of an explanation of why they do it. Some say better balance, some say better braking...

If my memory serves: The announcers said some believe it works like an outrigger, helping the bike fall into the turn harder, and keeps the bike from getting loose in the turn...

Not a bad race, but not as good as last year.

FOX coverage on the other hand SUCKS!

And is it just me or is the camera work at the races getting worse ans worse every year?

There was some great racing mid pack and we didn't even get a peak at it. Not even a shot of Hayden for the entire race.

Not that I'm a Hayden fan, but we moved up through the pack a bit and scored his best finish of the year. I think it just may have been worth 15 seconds of air time.

What, like 10 minutes of commercials for a 32 lap race? We missed plenty of awesome racing....

Agree the camera work sucked although I did like the Helo shots. I saw Hayden a few times, even had on board shots of his new leathers. Greg white had a nice post race interview with Nicky, he even had a smile.

Like him or not Dani road the wheels off that Honda!
