Motorcycle Larry hiway pegs (or comparable)

I tried buying a set from Mororcycle Larry and see they're sold out. Does anyone know where I could find a set?

Love them on my bike. I tried to order soemthing from him and it was out of stock also but was a short time to wait. Call them, I feel it will be worth a short wait.

Try putting them in the Classified Ads "Wanted" section. They, or Wild Bill's (the original, I think), turn up here pretty regularly. I think Garauld on this board makes them too--send him a message.

By the way, I love them too. No WAY would I do a long trip without them.

Good luck. I'm putting lowering brackets on, but want to find a picture of a rider using MCL highway pegs before I try them. Looks like it'd contort you even more putting your feet where the highway pegs end up.

I have a 90o extension between the mounting plate (Wild Bill's, but they're all pretty much the same) and the footpegs that moves the pegs out farther from the bike and a couple inches forward too for extra leg room. Kuryakyn makes them. The standard pegs mounted directly to the plates just don't stick out far enough for me to rest my whole foot comfortably on them.

OK, Kuryakyn has about a billion parts and pieces, but mine look just like this one. I believe it's the same, though I bought mine from someone on the forum so never got a p/n. I mounted them so the extension goes away from me, parallel to the ground. (The straight down position would increase your peg scraping risk.) The bolt goes thru the plate and the peg pivots on the "Y" end (you can rotate it).

The seller already had Kuryakyn's rubber-padded pegs attached, though you can use just about any pegs. I do prefer their non-slip rubberized pegs, though they do look a little chrome-y or "Harley" but I like 'em anyway. Disclaimer: Kuryakyn stuff is pretty expensive.
