I am also saying this reeks of a proverbial "police state" in the way the civil rights of this rider were trampled on by the "police" and supposedly (allegedly) the judiciary as well - do you get the connection now? Honestly, for a bit I was, but I am not anymore. Admittedly, I have issues with not knowing people's real intentions or agenda. I prefer them to be upfront and straight forward.
