Lucky for you I travel with a thermometer! It was 78 Degrees at 6500 ft, 51 degrees at Echo Lake (probably about 8500 ft but not exactly sure) and about 42 at sumit parking lot. It was a warm day for the summit for being so late in August (definitely fall like weather at that altitude by then)
I do, however, have some doubt as to the accuracy of my thermomter
