MP3 Player and Radar Detector

I have the Mit-It 2 and am very pleased. I use a garmin 2610/escort 8500 and

I-pod. It all worked great on my ss1000 to jacksonville. I also use the HARD for radar just cant be to careful.

Anybody have experience comparing/using both the Autocom and Baehr systems? I've been an autocom guy for a while, but am not impressed with the build quality. Had a unit fail twice due to vibration, etc.

From all the reviews I have read this system is the bomb but very expensive. I talked to the people at Powerlet about their product and we got into communication hookups. He said they did a demo on the Baehr and it is truely amazing. But the cost thing always comes up. He was telling me to fully equip about $1200. This was everything you could imagine though.
