I spent the whole day in 2nd gear - smoothest for me.

only difficulty was that all the others were crusiers and I found myself always on their tail - amazing how slow they can go and remain balanced.

I taught the msf course for 20 years graduating 1576 students. I recommend it for all riders. It will deal with all aspects of riding and give you valuable insights that will keep you alive. It was one of the best times of my life.

Growing up riding dirtbikes on farm just a year after you get your first bicycle.......ya kinda already know a bunch about riding bikes.
It was worth it to me.

OK, maybe a couple three or four years after my first bicycle, same thing though, in the orchards and open areas in San Jose (dating myself here!) I've taken the advanced course twice, overdue to take it again. A great eye-opener!
