Aye!

For me, it's the Senna that gives instant wood:

Thanks for that pic, WC.

One of the reasons it's difficult for me to go into Roseville Yamaha is that they are now an MV Agusta dealer, and had a selection of those on the floor last time I was in. And . . . I sat on a couple of them. Uhhh uhhhn uhhhnn . . .

<retiring to go jack off now>

I saw the Senna model on the MV website. The dealer had a 2005 F4-1000 with 1300 miles on it for $17K, a 2006 F4-1000 1+1 for about $18K, & several 2007's F4-1000s (with Brembo radial mounted brakes, etc.) for the full $22K. They had the super R16 racing model, too.

I sat on the 2005. Instant orgasm. The salesman was kind enough to look away as I slobbered on my shirt. What is REALLY cool:

1) The horn button is mounted ABOVE the turn signal switch (Euro-style). :clapping:

2) The front turn signals light up the entire mirror assembly!!! :yahoo:

And it's RED!! :dribble: :dribble: :dribble: :dribble: :dribble: :dribble:

Yeah, that Senna is so...what's the word? Wonderful. I would like to have one just to look at it. Riding it would be perhaps too great a gift for someone simple like me.. NOT!

I recently went on a 3-day weekend ride with a buddy who has a 2005 F4-1000. After 2 days of my drooling, he finally let me ride it. I can honestly say that in my 25+ years of motorcycling, I have never ridden a bike that evoked such emotions!

The throttle response is immediate and gratifying, but not snatchy, even at 7000' (we were near Mammoth Lakes, CA). The turn in was, well, almost supernatural. You just look into the corner and you're flying through it.

I went into a set of high-speed sweepers on 395 at about 75 and came out the other side at 105 and never even felt the acceleration - it just rolled on and held the line I set with my eyes.

I have already announced my intentions to my wife. I want to cohabitate with a Senna.

dgerharter

And not to mention the 4 pipe organ sticking out the back plays beautiful melodies that only can be described as visceral. I heard one of these at WFO-5 about 1:00 in the morning pulling out of the casino and the sound was heavenly.....kind of like this....

....Yea Baaaaaaaby. PM. <>< :yahoo:

to do something like that to someone you dont even know.

Yeah, I gotta make this more painful, sorry. You HAVE to own at least 1 Ducati in your lifetime. We are on our second one, the wife's 900SSSL, and it's just incredible. The first was an ST4s, put 15K on her trouble free, and traded it in on the 950 ADV.. Anyway, if you love twin cylinder machines in particular, you REALLY gotta own and ride one for awhile.
