Yep, the 03's in EU got the upgrades (screen, integrated turn signals, larger front brake rotors, etc) that the 04 did in the US. Plus more color choices.

Thanks guys, it's a great bike. I do feel the steering is a little vague compared to my tricked out VFR. I set the suspension to some settings I found on here (it was set all default), and will see if there is a difference in handling tomorrow morning. Probably is, since it felt like it significantly lacked rebound.
