They are a pair of model-specific, tuned, handle-bar inserts. They don't totally eliminate the vibration, but they reduce the frequencies that numbed my hands. Well worth the expense for me. If you pursue them, I warn you about their customer service. I had to work real hard to get them to sell me a pair. This was two years ago; maybe it's better now.

"My battle against vibrations and how I won"

Reads like an article one would expect on the front of the Lady's Home Journel Magazine. Glad you won your battle and hope you can live long term with the additional length of the bars; do't think I could.

Never had any vibration issues from my 06
Yeah, I don't understand these "vibration" threads? Both my '07s feel like electric motors; smoothest bikes I dun ever rode.
It's the buzz of the inline4 people complain about, some bikes have more than others or people are more or less tolerant.

On mine when I wind 3rd gear up to redline it will really buzz the seat pretty good. Sometimes my throttle hand will have issues with the high frequency buzz in the bars. Other days it is fine.

Maybe you should look into an electric powered motorcycle if that motor between your legs is causing you that much grief.

Risers, heavy stainless throttlemeisters and grip puppies did wonders for me....

It wasn't horrible, but with those few extras, it took out any small problem I had....
