My Boss called today :(

and asked me why I wasn't working today...I told him I was going as Obamacare for Halloween.

I wasn't working today either. Well at least for part of my day. During the last period of the day, the kids were so hyped up thinkin' about Halloween, they absolutely refused to quiet down. With the classroom turning into a zoo, I just put my book down and went and sat at my desk until the end of the period. Not much else I could do except yell, and today, it just wasn't a good call. And so my day ended early.

Oh well, tomorrow's another day.

Nope...the joke wasn't funny...but then neither is the national healthcare situation...which is not about FJRs, so I won't talk about it on this FJRForum per Rule #......uh, I forget which one.

The original wisecrack was clearly a joke. That it then spiraled out of control with comments needing a humor transplant lead to this thread lock.

But giving in class and not establishing your alpha status in the pack was clearly a loss for the future of our civilization.
