O, Woe is me!!
Well, gee, if you insist. . . . .
New Lieutenant with his wife Ariel, 18-month-old Jonathan, 3-yr-old Aurora, and some unimportant people (
) who had something to do with his schooling, and the general who gave the keynote speech. . . .The "out-of-uniform" officer broke his ankle sometime the week of this event.
Joshua with his wife and grandfather (my wife's dad) who pinned his bars, The Sgt-Major in the picture had a daughter in Josh's class, and he gave her her first salute, rather emotionally. (There was another female new lieutenant whose husband was her first salute. That one was ENTIRELY outside regulations!)
Me with Jonathan, and Jan with Aurora. It should be noted that I married into this, these gorgeous kids (obviously) carry none of my DNA!
Lastly, some pics they had made this past Easter. Jonathan was 2 end of March, Aurora will be 4 in July.
