Looks like I'm out.
I was sick as a dog last week (still congested), and it was a long weekend. I was out of sick days so they used my remaining vacation days, plus I didn't get paid for the stat holiday (in Canada, you have to work the day before and the day after)... blah blah blah.

Net result, I had a ****** pay cheque and, I'm out of vacation days for the trip to NAFO. No way I'm dropping 3 days more pay + expenses to do it.

Have fun, play nice, don't fight.

That's too bad Steve, PM me your address and I'll get your shirt shipped out to you.

Just an FYI, one of the down sides to a larger event is that the Meet and Greet will need to be in a banquet room with a cash bar and unfortunately we are not allowed to bring in our own drinks

The up side is there will be free food and you FFs won't be in the Jakoozy suite until 2:00am :yahoo:

I suggest everyone check on their reservations at Days Inn. On June 30 I made a reservation for September 16 through September 20. I just called to cancel the 16th only and was told I had a reservation for the 20th only and no rooms are available for the 17th through 19th. The clerk said there was nothing she could do about it even after all my objections. I asked for someone in the events office and that person found me a room but not like the one I reserved in the first place. Every year I have problems with my reservations in some way with this place.
