Naming your bike

I call it "Bike" ... haven't been inspired to name the vehicles.

I do however name my pets.

Cat #1 named "J"

Cat #2 named "K"

Seriously! The vet thinks I'm weird.

When I told my friend what I am getting and the color, he said:'that is a ******* Barney" yeap. that is what he said.

So, from that moment on I call my bike Barney.

In the old Yamaha commercials for the Yamahopper, there was an indian guy who said "Me Big Chief Yamahoppie" So I shortened it to Big Chief. I don't suppose anyone remembers those commercials besides me?

I normally name my bikes but ever since I got the FJR, I don't have an urge to.

I mean, there are the "at-the-moment" names...

"I'm sorry Baby" when I carelessly hit a pothole...

"Knock that **** off *****!" when the lights cut out on some winding, twisting road at zero-dark-thirty*...

"Feej" when someone asks me what kind of bike she is (just so I can see the confused look on their face.) :huh:

But no, I can't say as I've named her. No need.

*Loose connector subsequently found and fixed.

Tbird ,, I like the names of your cats.... I wanted to name my cat "Cat" but my wife wouldn't let me ,,,, so I named her Gray Cat.....

(She always wants to come up with some lame *** name ,, like Snowball ,,, or Sugar ,, or Fluffy...)

I call the bike, "the Black Bike"....... :yahoo:

I do have one handgun that is named,,,, it's "the Acme Gun" ,,,, my daughter named it , she said it remind her of the gun from " Who framed Roger Rabbit"..

My son and I decided to name her FAUKES (pronounced FOX). I am planning to check and see if TN allows 6 letters on a tag or only 5.

I think it's six because my V-rod plate said, "H20 HD". With a space between the two items.

A while back the pets were:

Gray C - for the gray cat

White D - for the white dog

+1 on the weirdos

I was going to reply about "Gay Fat Tony" for the first post but now that there have been 2 pages of replies I'm just wondering if this is the right place for me.
