Need a web page provider

In the last year Road Runner has changed the way they host personal web pages and IMO they screwed it up. So I am looking for a web hosting company with two basic needs:

1) I can design my page offline (using a WYSIWYG html editor) and upload using ftp.

2) No banners/advertising in my page to support their costs.

I am using this for my FJR page (linked in my sig) which includes pages on the farkling I've done, rides reports, etc. A brief internet search turned up a bunch of hosting sites that use templates to build your pages, no thanks. Recommendations would be appreciated!

I use BlueHost to host all of my websites, including Lightroom Forums, a website for Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Support. They have been good to me, and their service is very robust. Worth checking out.

Second that. It may have more features than you'll really need; but very good service for the last couple of years.
