Need help, Atlanta area

I recently switched jobs and need help moving a toolbox. In the past I had used wrecker services, but even in this economy I am having trouble finding anybody to take my money. Does anyone in the area here know somebody with a flat bed or wrecker truck? I have to get this box moved on Tuesday...

do you have a vehicle available to you that has a 2" trailer hitch ball on it. if so I have a 5 x 8 fold down ramp landscape/utility trailer that might work for you.

It is in my garage in the peachtree corners/berkley lake/norcross area near peachtree Ind Blvd and Medlock bridge road.

You could with the assistance of a bud or two roll it up on the trailer, tie it down and take it where you need.

I have a trailer like that. The problem is that this toolbox weighs MORE than 3000lbs, thats 1.5 tons. Too heavy for landscaping trailers. I appriciate the offer though.

gotcha. In that case i would call willies wrecker service. He is based out of austell. however he has lots of trucks of all types and specializes in hauling cars out of the big auto auctions here in town to local dealers all over the metro area. 770-947-7138

He is always running all over town with flatbeds.

or if your on the southside call harold wilson/ wilsons wrecker svc. he operates out of the adesa auction off 138 in union city phone 678 614 8430. he will do it for sure. tell him you got his number from chip

you think you got nervous following your toolbox....How bout when they are loading a 100k plus automobile thats sitting 2 inches off the ground. Now that will draw your rear up a little tight.

Glad I saw your post for assistance. I am a 20 year plus licensed used vehicle dealer and use willies to deliver cars to the dealers around Atlanta. So far he has never dropped the ball or a car and now we can say tool box.

Hope your rate was good. Most likely with the referall he didnt use a standard retail rate and gave you close to what he would charge a dealer to haul a unit.

Looks like he solved your problem with 1st class service.
