I decided in the past few days that I want a black cherry FJR and was sure that my local dealer still had one. I got there expecting to make a major financial commitment and to part ways with my beloved 02 FZ-1 only to find that they sold it weeks ago. I would prefer to find a new bike and use Yamaha credit (end of year incentives). I have searched the net for hours over the past few days. Do I have to call every dealer in the mid-atlantic region? If anyone knows a (reputable) dealer that has one, please let me know. I'm in SE Pa.

Just go to cycletrader.com There is quite a few brand new ones there

there are plenty of them in Atlanta ga area. look under SE region for cycletrader.com also google lawrencevill, ga yamaha, they usually have the best prices since they are a wholesale dealer.there are plenty of them in Atlanta ga area. look under SE region for cycletrader.com also google lawrenceville, ga yamaha, they usually have the best prices since they are a wholesale dealer.

Loudoun Motorsports has a demo with 300 miles on it with a $12,800 price on the winshield. www.loudounmotorsports.com

They are in Leesburg, VA not too far from SE PA.

Saw both a new 07 A & AE this past Thurs (10/18/07) on the showroom floor at Reno's Yamaha, Aprilla in Kansas City, Missouri. 1-866-936-8900. The owner is "Steve". Bought an 05 & 07 FJR there. Ron

It's not in your area, but you never know...maybe he'll give you a really good deal. Jerry Phibbs Powersports in Albany NY has an 07 with ridiculously low mileage. Some guy traded it for the Kawasaki 14. It's in mint condition.

There's one at "Blalock Cycles" in Warrenton, VA (about an hour west of DC). Saw it today. They want 12K+ (didn't pay attention, maybe closer to 13K) They advertise in cycletrader so you can get a number from there.

There was one at Elyria Yamaha in Ohio just south of Cleveland marked down to $12 something.

I talked to owner of Anderson bros Yamaha in Elizabeth City NC. They have a 07 Black Cherry they said they will sell for dealers cost just to move it.

I bought mine at Blalock in Warenton VA and I would recommend them. I took mine in for service a couple of weeks ago and asked Rick Blaclock what he wanted for his 07 Cherry on the floor and he quoted me $12,150. One option for you.

There is a new '07 on the showroom floor at Olive Branch Yamaha in North Mississippi. That was about 2 weeks ago, though. They wanted 11 something for it. I can get you the dealers e-mail if you're interested. It's not an AE either.

There was one at Competition Accessories in Springfield OH last week. (sitting between a C14 and ST, now thats marketing).

Located in just off IR70 about 45 minutes west of Columbus OH.

I know nothing about the dealer other than haven't heard good things about their service. But you'd probably get service in PA.
