A few starter pixs. Let's start with breakfast at the Foothills in Warner.

Carl only ordered one blueberry pancake, the dieter's special. We speculate they used a snow shovel to flip it on the griddle.

The item in the middle of the table with a knife in it is the "#1 in the state" Cinnamon bun. It was served with the knife this way. I have heard the phrase, 'Stick a fork in it...' but this was a new one.

This beautiful sight was waiting outside for us to finish the consumption of mass quantities. THREE brand spanky new '14 ES in one place, one ride.

Evil smile.

Awesome, looked like a fun-phat time! I wouldn't say just big portions, rather huge ones! Hey, there's a couple specs of dirt on those ES', Snocat needs to keep up on that bett-tah! ;)

Great photos! My bike looks so pretty! I like the way you have the one in the middle with the clear screen, the bike on the right has bags, and the one on the left does not. That was a nice shot!

Food **** pics at a NERDS RTE. It must have been something special!

(Btw, got to see two of those nice '14s up close on Friday night. Amongst all the bikes packing Canada Street they pulled out directly in front of me. What are the odds?)

I took a run up to Gorham NH and camped overnight. Just made it back to Fredericton via the 16 as far as Howland. Great day. Thanks for organizing this, Fred.

Yes... we all agreed that morning. "The Foothills" was (is) special enough to warrant breaking NRDS tradition and posting up the gluttonous Fuwd Pr0n. Nobody would have believed how big the portions actually were without some visuals. But nobody will believe how good it was without going. Gotta get there again soon.

Sad to say, haven't even put a coat of wax on her yet

. Next 4 nights are calling for rain, should give me enough time to get her ready for the weekend......

Thanks for the pix Mr. Ion, nicely done! In addition to the polarizing filter, do you have one that makes the road grime disappear?

Cheers,

Ed

That was us!!! We were parked up on the north end of the village Friday night. We left Lake George around 7:30 or 8pm

Too bad we missed each other :-(

Mr Bill providing juxtaposition of the grandpappy '03 with the new kids on the block, the '14.

This is what the '14 ES makes the owners do:

Sorry. Americade. Main drag in Lake George Village. Always did wonder how that name came about.

Not in Canada, Silly ;-)

Canada St. in Lake Geo is aka US Route 9.

Stay on that for 125 miles and you'll hit Canada at the St Bernard De La'colle border crossing into Quebec.

It's a useful bit of knowledge when roaming unknown places that folks tend to name roads as to where they go, rather than where they are. ;)
