I got his license plate number all right. Washington state 242-XEE. If any of you happen to know him give him a talking to for me. I looked for a number to report in Idaho, but alas I couldn't find one for litter reporting. I'm not going to report it as assault because I honestly don't think he knew I was there.

I looked for a red can on the side of the road near where it happened. . .man there's a lot of trash there. All the red cans were Keystone beer cans. . .I REALLY hope one of those wasn't his.
